Loading postage is a breeze, the Jetmail franking machine has an internal modem which can load postage at the touch of a button. The Jetmail franking machine can handle items up to 20mm thick, including jiffy bags and large items, such as C4 (A4 flat) mailings.

Security and flexibility - Only those with a coded Jetmail card are authorised to use the Jetmail franking machine. Up to 50 departmental accounts can be equipped with Jetmail cards. If postal rates change, simply insert anew card with the amended rates and the Jetmail franking machine does the rest.

Ink-jet printing - The Jetmail franking machine delivers clean crisp franks that dry on contact, with up to nine advertising slogans.

Dynamic scale - Using the Dynamic scale the operators are not responsible for determining how thick and what size an item is, the system will process each item automatically. After segregation into 1st and 2nd class the system will check the size, thickness and weigh prior to applying the correct postage rate. It will remove over/under charging issues and ensures the correct postage is franked with the minimum of fuss.

Quiet feeder - the Jetmail franking machine feeds the letters vertically that gives you genuine "mixed mail" feeding, and reloading without interruption. Very quiet at less than 60dB(A).

Integrated static scales - Allows you to select the class of service and then automatically the postage rate. Measures up to 5kg and in 1g increments.

Optional interface - A supplementary enables you to connect the Jetmail to a separate electronic letter scale.

Easy to use control panel and display - Uses step by step screen prompts, error messages and account functions, plus:

Automatic time and date setting
Total items and amounts for different departments
High and low "postage remaining" warnings
Frequently used postage settings can be stored
Nine stored advertising slogans.

Label dispenser - For larger packages, simply enter the number of labels you need printing and press the label key. The Jetmail franking machine automatically feeds and prints the quantity of labels.
